The website and working example
The marketing site describes an AI booking capability available for business implementation. Stillwell Home Cleaning is a fictional example. Quotes, appointments and simulated payments in that example are for evaluation; they do not order a real cleaning or create a service contract. Do not enter real payment-card information. Availability and stored example data may change or be reset.
AI-assisted interactions
AI can misunderstand requests or generate incorrect language. Review service details, prices, dates and contact information before submitting. The booking engine’s displayed quote and availability checks govern the example workflow. The system does not provide professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass access controls or usage limits, upload harmful content, submit sensitive data unnecessarily, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive or disruptive use.
Booking and communication
In a client implementation, the applicable business sets its service, cancellation, rescheduling and payment policies. Live payment and messaging features depend on that business’s configured providers and consent requirements. Opting into messages is separate from submitting a booking.
Third-party services
Address features use Google Maps Platform. By using those features, you are also bound by the applicable Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Information processing is described in our Privacy Policy, including Google’s privacy terms. Other third-party services and linked sites have their own terms.
Business purchases and white labeling
Contacting us or trying the example does not start a subscription or purchase. Scope, fees, licensing, intellectual-property rights, branding, hosting, support, provider charges and data responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement. White labeling, source-code access and resale rights are included only when expressly agreed.
Ownership and availability
FourthRise and its licensors retain rights in the BookingPorter software, site and materials, except where a separate agreement says otherwise. You retain rights in information you provide and permit us to process it to operate the service. The evaluation experience is provided as available, without a service-level commitment or guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the evaluation service is provided without warranties and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update or discontinue the example and may update these terms by publishing a revised date.
