This policy explains how FourthRise (“we”, “us”) handles information through BookingPorter at bookingporter.com and demo.bookingporter.com. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@fourthrise.com. Our business website is fourthrise.com.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, business information and message you send. The website’s inquiry form prepares an email on your device; its contents are not submitted to our server by that form.
In the interactive booking example, you may provide contact details, a service address, property and service information, appointment preferences, messages, consent choices and optional assessment photos. Please use sample details where practical, and do not enter card numbers, passwords, health information or other sensitive information into the chat.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, demonstrate booking workflows, calculate quotes, check addresses and availability, manage requests, secure the service and diagnose problems. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site advertising.
AI and service providers
Conversation messages and the current booking draft, including contact details you supply, are sent to OpenAI to generate responses and use booking tools. Responses API storage is disabled in our implementation; this does not mean the provider retains no data. Provider processing is governed by its applicable terms and policies. Assessment photos, address verification tokens and other customers’ records are not sent to the model.
Google Maps Platform processes service addresses for suggestions and validation. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to that processing and is incorporated here for these features. Cloud Run and Firebase Hosting provide hosting, Neon stores booking data, and private Google Cloud Storage stores assessment photos. Cloudflare provides domain/DNS and configured email routing. Email you send is handled by the relevant email providers.
The current public example uses simulated payments and does not collect payment-card details. SMS and email delivery are not active until the relevant providers and permitted recipients are configured. Client implementations may use additional providers, such as Stripe or Twilio, under the policies and agreements for that implementation.
Cookies and technical data
The marketing site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, whose servers receive the technical information needed to deliver them. The booking owner dashboard uses an essential, secure session cookie for sign-in. Hosting and security systems may process request metadata such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps. Chat state stays in the current page and is sent with conversation requests; submitted quotes, bookings and assessments are stored separately.
Retention and access
We retain inquiries and submitted records as needed to respond, operate and evaluate the service, meet applicable obligations and resolve issues. Demo records may be reset or removed. There is currently no universal automatic deletion schedule for all records. Access to owner records and photos requires authorization; private booking links should not be shared publicly. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit optional information, decline SMS consent, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required or permitted by law. Rights and exceptions depend on where you live. Deleting the browser page does not delete submitted records or provider logs.
International processing and children
Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. BookingPorter is intended for business inquiries and adult users, not children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Client deployments and changes
A business using a separately configured or white-label implementation may be responsible for its customers’ information and publish its own privacy notice. Its agreement and notice govern that service. We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
